As a person I will keep learning to evolve through life to be a better person and trainer, listening and observing has always helped on my journey. Over 17 years of coaching in the world of fitness I have come to love watching people achieve goals and over come fears. On Lefkada we provide services of Strength & Conditioning, Functional Training & more our two facilities will keep changing peoples lives for the better. Our plan is to bring people closer together & to celebrate their fitness journey with us. Our team of fitness professionals are here for you.
