Youth Training

BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS EARLY

At CKC Fitness, our Youth Training program is designed for teens aged 10+ who want to become stronger, more athletic, and more confident through movement and training. 

Schedule: 17:00 – 21:00

By combining trampolining, strength & conditioning, and gymnasium-based exercises, we help young athletes improve coordination, balance, mobility, strength, and overall fitness in a safe and motivating environment.

Whether your child is involved in sports or simply wants to stay active and build confidence, every session is structured to be engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all experience levels.

What to Expect?

Trampolining

Improve coordination, balance, body control, and confidence through fun and dynamic trampoline-based training.

Strength & Conditioning

Build strength, endurance, stability, and athletic performance through structured functional training.

Gymnasium Training

Develop movement skills, flexibility, agility, and coordination through gymnasium-based exercises and activities.

Confidence & Discipline

Help teens build self-confidence, discipline, teamwork, and healthy habits both inside and outside the gym.

Positive Environment

Train in a supportive community where young athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves, improve, and have fun.
